The largest mall in Georgia, Tbilisi Mall opens this week

Part of the biggest shopping center in Georgia, Tbilisi Mall, which is located on the outskirts of Tbilisi, will be opened on Friday, April 5.

"At this point, is opening the first floor of the shopping center, and by September will be opened step-by -step other shopping and leisure center facilities," - said the representative of Rakeen Development, which carries out the project.

 

In the first stage in Tbilisi Mall will be featured such brands as Inditex Group - Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, Oysho. Inditex is one of the largest companies in the world in the production and sale of stylish, modern and fashionable apparel.

 

From April 7, customers in Tbilisi Mall will welcome more than a dozen shops of six well-known brands.

In the future there will be opened cafe, restaurant, children's entertainment center and a cinema with five modern rooms. As well here will work service centers of banks and payment terminals, the Internet. At the disposal of customers of the center will be 3200 parking places.

 

The agreement with Rakeen Development to invest in various projects in Georgia, 1.5 billion dollars was reached during the visit of Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili in the UAE in 2007. Investment plan includes the development of free economic zone in the port of Poti on the Black Sea coast of Georgia.

 

Earlier, Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili said that at a location nearby Tbilisi Mall will be constructed a new residential area, where, along with other buildings will appear 50-storey skyscraper. Besides this, is planned to build a new subway station and the bridge.
